Art Fun

I just had to share some pictures from Abbi's art time yesterday. I have to admit, I'm definitely a control freak in this regard. I get that the paint is washable, but that doesn't change the fact its totally messy!

Like finger painting for example...hmm, nice idea, but really? I mean is that totally necessary? I'm sure it was a mother like me who came up with paint brushes. I mean do you think the Sistine Chapel would have happened if Michelangelo was told he needed to finger paint the entire thing? Doubtful.

So I suppose until Abbi's Sistine Chapel days, I'll let her get messy every now and then. But I'll always be an avid supporter of the paintbrush!
