How fab that I didn't even have to enter our family in this contest, and we still ended up as finalists! We were nominated by my friend Jenn. A local Edmonton photographer, Shandro Photography, is giving away a free session, as well as some prints (including a large canvas). So they've chosen 6 families, and people can vote for the family they think most deserves the prize package. Did I mention its valued at over $1100? Um, wow!
We would love to win this and have some decent photos of our family. The kids are at such a fun age, and this would be such a great way to capture this moment in time. And, yes, I realize the first picture on their blog is fairly racy, but it is quite a beautiful picture. Although I'm not sure you'd catch me in a that water on any day, and especially not in my wedding dress! Regardless, it makes for a beautiful picture. You should check out some of their other work, its pretty amazing!
